- La nomenclature par OTEX est traditionnellement utilisée par les services statistiques pour répartir les exploitations agricoles selon plusieurs types de production. Cette nomenclature sert de référence pour la valorisation des résultats du recensement agricole, des enquêtes structure et du Réseau d'Information Comptable Agricole (RICA).
