Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing
Définition
- Statement drafted in 2003 in Maryland, USA which defines two conditions that publications must meet in order to be open access: a free, irrevocable right to access and a licence to copy, use, distribute and make derivative works; and a deposit in an online repository ensuring open access, interoperability and long-term archiving.
