National plan for Open Science

Action plan launched in France in 2018 by the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation to make Open Access mandatory for publications and data from project-funded research. It includes 3 main axes: generalizing open access to publications, structuring and opening research data, and being part of a sustainable European and international dynamic.
