National plan for Open Science
Definition
- Action plan launched in France in 2018 by the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation to make Open Access mandatory for publications and data from project-funded research. It includes 3 main axes: generalizing open access to publications, structuring and opening research data, and being part of a sustainable European and international dynamic.
