Definition
- All the rights that authors have over their works. A work is protected as soon as it is created and as long as it is original, without any deposit or registration. In particular, copyright includes economic or exploitation rights that may be transferred by the author to a third party: the right of reproduction, representation, resale, and the right to authorize derivative works. Moral rights are not transferable.
