bipolar membrane
Définition
- Bipolar membranes are membranes which consist of a layered structure of a cation selective membrane in series with an anion selective membrane. They may be formed from a single polymeric matrix or may contain two membranes of opposite selectivity pressed together. (Source : INRA)
