- La déglaciation est la transition entre des conditions de pleine glaciation (ère glaciaire) et des conditions interglaciaires plus favorables caractérisées par un réchauffement de la planète, ainsi que théoriquement une élévation du niveau de la mer due à la fonte, du moins partielle, des glaces continentales.
