Achieving Best Evidence interview
Définition
- An investigative interview including "a guidance with recommendations to identify the needs of vulnerable witnesses or victims, to plan, and prepare for the interview, to conduct the interview, and to prepare victims for the court process. The interview is typically structured in two major phases: (1) rapport building and (2) free recall followed by open-ended questioning." (Fernandes et al., 2024, p.8).
