noncommunicable diseases
Définition
- Diseases that are not transmitted from one person to another are noninfectious diseases and by definition, noncommunicable diseases. Noncommunicable diseases include both rapid/sudden onset (acute) as well as slow progressing and lengthy duration (chronic) diseases.
