Définition
- Achievement motivation is the desire to achieve a personal or public standard of excellence, to do well for the sake of doing well rather than for extrinsic reward or for some other goal. Measuring Achievement Motivation Achievement motivation is usually measured by content analysis of spoken or written text because people are often unable or unwilling to report directly on their own motives.
