Nelson Polsby

- Nelson Polsby (1934–2007) was an American political scientist who studied the presidency and Congress. Born in Norwich, Connecticut, Polsby earned a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1956, a master's degree in sociology from Brown University in 1957, and a doctoral degree in political science from Yale University in 1961.
