- The GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness) research program is a worldwide multi-phase, multi-method project whose purpose is to explore the relationship between culture and leadership. In the last decades of the twentieth century, globalization of business and technology has resulted in an unprecedented level of peacetime contact among cultures.
