Definición
- In Johnson v. Louisiana, 406 US 356 (1972), the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a defendant's warrantless arrest did not invalidate the use of his subsequent identification in a police lineup. Frank Johnson was arrested without a warrant after a victim identified his picture in a photo lineup. [Source: Encyclopedia of the Fourth Amendment; Johnson v. Louisiana]
