  • Clyde W. Woody (1920–2009) was a prominent Houston lawyer who frequently litigated Fourth Amendment issues before the U.S. Supreme Court and circuit courts. After he obtained his LLB degree from the University of Houston in 1952, Woody spent the majority of his career advocating strong Fourth Amendment protections.
