Definición

  • Traditionally, little attention has been given to followers, who accord or withdraw support to leaders. The idiosyncrasy credit (IC) model, proposed by the psychologist Edwin Hollander in 1958 and elaborated in later years, deals with the latitude followers provide a leader for action by giving or withdrawing their support.
