  • Although the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Bram v. United States, 168 U.S. 532 (1897), focused primarily on the Fifth Amendment provision against self-incrimination, the decision also includes a comment on the Fourth Amendment that provides insight into the Court's view of the amendment.
