  • Toy cameras which use medium format film and shoot 4cm x 4cm negatives; most have a bulb/instant setting, 3 aperture settings and a front-twisting focus knob; the shutter only fires at one speed and will vary from camera to camera depending on how well the spring tension has withstood the test of time; "Diana" has become the generic name for this type of camera, although they were actually manufactured under several brand names [www.toycamera.com]
