jPTDP

jPTDP is a joint model for part-of-speech (POS) tagging and dependency parsing (Nguyen and Verspoor 2018). (Seyoum, Miyao & Mekonnen, 2020)

Both UDPipe and UUParser are pipeline systems whereas jPTDP is a joint model. (Seyoum, Miyao & Mekonnen, 2020)
One reason for our better LAS is probably because jPTDP uses character-based representations of words while Stack-propagation uses feature representations for suffixes and prefixes which might not be as useful as character-based representations for capturing unknown words. (Nguyen, Dras & Johnson, 2017)
The jPTDP only focuses on POS and attachment information. (Seyoum, Miyao & Mekonnen, 2020)
