So far the retraining process is not able to operate on an incremental basis i.e. it has to reindex the complete corpus to perform the training operation. (Benzineb & Guyot, 2011)
The retraining of our previous SOTA model on the new corpus showed improvement in recognition quality on two out of three core entity types: organization and location. (Chaplynskyi & Romanyshyn, 2024)
Thus we propose a different approach where a retraining of all the models is not necessary. (Lagarda & Casacuberta, 2008)
