At the same time for each extracted linguistic concept X activate some of the highly associative lexical subsymbols. (Chan & T'sou, 1999)
However the annotation scheme does not incorporate linguistic concepts e.g. does not differentiate between semantic and pragmatic faithfulness. (Lux, Sappelli & Larson, 2020)
On the other hand linguistic concepts operate on different primitives: intuitively X-theory and principles of argument structure or coreference are different objects. (Merlo, 1995)
These linguistic concepts describe distinctions between functional roles elements play in a sentence. (Derr & McKeown, 1984)
We design an annotation scheme reflecting theoretical linguistic concepts and apply this schema to a small corpus sample to show how the scheme deals with real world language usage. (Mendes, Hendrickx, Ávila, Quaresma, Gonҫalves & Sequeira, 2016)
