supervised learning

A machine learning approach that is defined by its use of labeled datasets designed to train or “supervise” algorithms into classifying data or predicting outcomes accurately. Using labeled inputs and outputs, the model can measure its own accuracy and learn over time. (Adapted from ScienceDirect)

In the case of Supervised Learning the machines are trained with a dynamic oracle. (Dary, Petit & Nasr, 2022)
